Frederick A. Kelley Chief of Police	Serves as the Chief Administrator of the Police Department and is responsible for policy development, control, supervision, and program implementation of this Department and is accountable for the effective delivery of police services to the community.
James J. Kosek Captain	Second in command. Has administrative responsibility for directing and supervising the activities of the Special Services Division and Criminal Investigation Division.
Mark A. Rohloff Lieutenant	Third in command rank. Holds administrative responsibility for daily staff operations of the Department and directing and supervising the activities of the Patrol Bureau.
